How can i give the input to my DAQ card using pre saved data in my PC

If your card has the the ability to GENERATE a signal, then you can do it. I have no examples of mcc functions. You should if you have the correct type of card. You can check the mcc web site for the specifications.

Sir , i have in big problem i am not understanding this DAQ card can you tell me which VI is suitable for my purpose , i am sending you a PDF file which have all the VI related to my DAQ card. Please tell me which VI i can use.

Surely they provided examples on how to use this library. You've yet to indicate that you've actually looked at any of them.

You need to clearly understand the three different aspects of what you are trying to do: analog input read, analog output write, and file read. Your original question was unclear, and I'm still not clear on whether you're trying to read a file in order to simulate an analog read, or whether you're trying to read a file to provide the signal that you want the card to generate to some sensor or something, or both.

Respected Sir, 

Now i am going to tell you what i want to do , 

Actuly sir i am doing my Masters project related to GAS TURBINE ENGINE COMPRESSOR. 

Initialy my Guide told me that you have to take the pressure fluctuations by sensor and sensor output stored in tape recorder.and after this this signal is analysed in LABVIEW by doing FFT and some more thinghs.

And they provide me a MCC DAQ card which i am using right now. Using this i made a VI which is capable to take the input from tape recorder or any external thinghs like function generator. Sir i already check my VI using function generator and it works properly.

Now the thingh is that right now tape recorder is not avialable so in that case my guide gave me a ASCII file of that data and told me that you have to use this data .

So i am facing the problem that , i made the VI which is not able to take the data from file it is only able to take the data from external device as i told you.

So sir what can i do for this to read the data and give this data to DAQ card just like function generator. 

I used the VI for this (ALNFG VI) as in PDF file which i send you.

From this new description, you don't use the DAQ card at all. You would be REPLACING the DAQ card with the data from the file.
