Rouge, I guess that I am just having to let this one go.
Just can not for the life of me figure out your grammar.
We will both just have to move on.

Is it not called "naming names" the kids call other kids funny namesI mean an Irish boy with freckled all over, and carrot-red hair. Must have been named some names in his youthSmiley Very Happy

Yes Rouge,

I know just how you must have felt.  I remember when I was 5 years old and Billy across the street kept teasing me about my freckles.  I remember going to mama crying and asking if she could help me wash off the freckles.  She tried to make me feel better.  But I still remember trying to wash off my freckles all by myself for a really long time.  Sandy paper worked for a short time, but really hurt and left a bad rash which was worse.  I must have been at lease twice as big a Billy, even though he was one year younger than me.  Billy had long finger nails and could always beat me up.  Yes, I too always got the carrot top teasing.  Anyway I have come to be proud of my carrot top and even the freckles.  Thankyou for your understanding Rouge.

Kevin,

you've posted that question several times already.  Enough.  If anybody has an answer to it they'll provide it, there's no need to ask each and every poster in the thread the same question.

@Coqrouge: racial stereotyping is a bad way to go in what is essentially an anonymous forum.  Please refrain in future.  It only leads to grief int he long run.

Shane.

Shane,

I am sorry about the repeated questions repeated repeatedly.  I was just looking for some content from the posters and tried to get away from the name calling and attacking and fixation on font size and spelling and grammar.

I am a little bit disappointed in your insensitivity to my true friend Rouge and his and mine Irish heritage.  We have both apparently been ridiculed and teased resentlessly about our freckles and red hair.

I know its not Saint Patrick's day, but lets all be Irish this week.  Grab that red marker and put on some freckles.  Get your hair dyed on the way home from work. Add an endearment prefix ("McKevin" or "O'Rouge") to everybody's name at work.  The Mc and O' are endearment prefixes and not to be construed as disrespect.

Let's all be more sensitive to all races.  Applaud diversity.

Shane sounds Irish?  Do you have freckles?  Red hair?

Yes I'm Irish.

My experience of making jokes about ethnicity on the internet have seldom been positive.

And I always thought the "Mc" prefix is not of unique irish origin.  It's more prevalent in Scotland than in Ireland.

And I see more people with freckles and red hair here in Switzerland than I ever did at home.....

This thread has been one of the most freshening one I have seen. After heavy use of flamethrower, cease-fire has been proclaimed and everybody is friends. But perhaps it has gone to far off topic, which I have contributed somewhat to. So I think it time to go back to topic. And the good thing is that the problem has been solved. Large disk-drives is now supported in the Pharlap RTOS which is used by Labview RT 2009

Hello me friend O'Rouge,

You are correct of course.  That bug has been fixed.

Do you have any idea the additional fun one can have with a Real Time OS and Multiple Tera Bytes of Storage?  The sky is the limit.  Our imaginations are the limit.  Not the size of a 7 year old disk drive.

I've got multi-chassis embedded PXI systems with 340 simultaneous DSA channels of 24 bit 204.8 KHz.  Thats a lot of data that needs to go somewhere and it ain't all going to fit through that 1GB enet funnel.  It's got to go somewhere and be buffered before it gets to its final destination.  Maybe that larger drive capacity capability might come in handy.

I've got multi-channel embedded PXI Real TIme systems that do safety or flight monitoring.  Being able to combine the primary safety of flight function with a secondary flight recorder with archival capability in a single system, and maintain determinism, will make life more simple and compact.

Anyway. LabVIEW 2009 looks promising.  Lots of nice new features.  The latest version of NI-SYNC now supported on the latest version of LabVIEW.  PXI-6682, that IRIG-B Timing and Synchronization Card is finally supported in Real Time.  MathScript now finally supported in Real Time.  Nice happy wonderful features added to LabVIEW.  Continued multi-core support improvements and enhancements.  When will the eight core RT embedded PXI controllers come out?  I don't know when, but LabVIEW RT will let us use them out the dock.  And that Real-Time Hypervisor for Window on one core and the remainder of cores dedicated to LabVIEW Real Time has my head spinning.

There is so much to be done.  So much new fun to be had with LabVIEW 2009 and RT.  I may have to disappear for a couple of years.

Hey some body tell McTolga to tell the McLabVIEW Developers that for LabVIEW 2010 it would be nice to be able to put a Tab inside a Cluster and to be able to replace the "Code" or script part of a MathScript node programatically or via a property node.  Just a crazy thought.

McKevin.

Shane,

You are correct of course.

My wife came from England as a child.  (Hense the "God Save the Queen")

Her mother is from Germany and her father from Scotland.
They just celibrated their 50th anniversary.  They are both survivors.
We had a nice visit with Aunt Gillian in England near the Whitmond Clumps in May.
Gillian has four chickies, one kitten, and one puppy.
Visited some of her school friends from way back, Maxine and Helene.
We drove up to Enenbourgh, THe highlands, Loch Ness, then to the Esle of Skye where clan Donald came from.
The Donalds, McDonalds, and MacDonalds, many came from there.
Then we came back via the lake district, then back to the Oxford area.
What a wonderful trip.  I love my wife so much.

We did'nt make it to Ireland this trip, but we just had some of them come to visit us last month.
We took them to Big Basin to see the Redwoods.  Then to the Santa Cruz boardwalk and ocean.
They also enjoyed "THE CITY" (SF).  We all had a nice visit.  The came and went.
My wife's brother and his family also came last week.  We all had a most wonderful time.
My wife and newfew and niece all got swooped up by a "rouge" wave on the beach.  Just seemed to bring on smiles.

Life can be short for some.  Enjoy yourself, your family, your friends.
You won't have them forever, nor will they have you forever.
Its all about balance.  Enjoy your LabVIEW 2009 Classic or RT, but not too much.
Its a wonderful world.  Don't take things too seriously.

Just remember you are loved and a special person.  Its a wonderful world.

Enjoy that LabVIEW 2009.  We will now be able to save the world.

It will take some time, would have been quicker with Tabs inside Clusters, but I think we can do it.

Cheer up.  Be happy.  Conquer.  Be Balanced.

I gave you another Kudo.  Been trying to keep up with everyones Kudos.

Kevin,

some people have what is called an infectious sense of humour.

I don't think you're one of them.

"Life can be short for some.  Enjoy yourself, your family, your friends."

Exactly.  This is why I'm finished with this thread.
