How do I control Average points and Integration Time for a HP4284a LCR Meter?

I have a program that measures Impedance function using a HP4284a LCR meter and I ould like to find out how to control the LCR's average points and Integration time when measuring.
To take measurments I am using the drivers and subroutines downlaoded from this website.
I have Labview 6.1 and I am using a GPIB connection.
