How do I get VIs to open maximized?

Is there any way to force a VI to be maximized when it is opened? I'm running
LV4.0 under Win98/NT.

Under 5.1.1, Right click on the icon and select VI setup. Select window
options. Check size to screen. I can't remember if this is different
than version 4.1.
