How do I get the channels from MAX into the Block Diagramm?

I made lots of Digital Input, Digital Output and Analog Input channels proper named and checked with the machine and MAX in MAX. How can I see them in a new Block Diagram in LabView?

What a nonsence. So I can forget all my work in MAX and have to create all the channels in LabView new as well as every task? Fine, I think with LabView you have to do everything twice, or????

How said that you have to re-create them?

All the information and settings you enterd in MAX is globally saved and also used by the channel control in LabVIEW.

Did you even used the control I pointed to with my screenshot or just answered to this post without testing it?

Hi,

No, of course not. Did you try what Christian suggested?

If you use the constant he pointed to, then you should see your in MAX created channels there.

I tried it. But the DAQmx Global Channel aquiring manager leads me to a new channel configurator without giving the option for the use of existing channels. Here is a screen print:

Hi,

there are only tasks visible in your MAX configuration. If you want to use tasks, then you have to use the task constant.

I want to use the Channels in the Tasks for different LabView functions.
