I did a search of the web (at www.google.com) for "TMS320C54x labview" (without the quotes) and found several sites that I believe might have relevant information for you. If nothing else, you can contact the companies represented by the links there and see if they have any resources. Chances are that there is a DLL that interfaces with that particular DSP, and any existing LabVIEW driver simply uses a Call Library Node to access that DLL.
If you are unable to find any existing LabVIEW drivers, I recommend you visit our Developer Zone (www.ni.com/zone) and go through a tutorial on Call Library Nodes in LabVIEW so that you can develop your own driver using the existing driver DLL (if applicable).
