How do I programmatically create a directory

How do I programmatically create a directory? Should be easy, am I missing something in the File I/O pallet?

Hi,

In the "File I/O palette -> Advanced File function -> New diretory". The icon is a floppy disk on which is written "NEW" and we can see an empty folder on it (different from "New file" where the folder content is a file)
