How do you disable scrolling in LV front panel?

Is there a way to programmatically or through LV's front panel properties menu disable scrolling of an active VI?  There doesn't appear to be any selections for this in invoke or property nodes.

VI Properties > Window Appearance > Customize > Show Vertical/Horizontal scrollbar

You can customize the Window Appearance through VI properties, don't know if those methods are exposed for programmatic use.

They are a property of the pane.
