How does a Analog input scan vi work(AlnScFg.vi)?

Could you expand upon your question? Are you trying to determine how a particular VI functions? AInScFg.vi appears to be a custom VI. If you have questions concerning this VI, you will need to attach it to your post.

Hai Spencer,
I will attach the help file related to this.I have the VI of the Analog Input Scan(ALnScFg.VI).It has the options..Bit fields that control various options. For a detailed explanation of the Options field, please refer to the Opt.AIn.VI . The OptAIn.VI must be wired to this input....so now what i need is how do icange the different options in this OptAIn.VI...and where can i get this VI.

I would assume that the VI is provided by the vendor of the daq board (Data Translation?). Have you checked with them or looked through all the software that the vendor provided. You will not find the VI in any of the NI daq palettes because it's not an NI board.
