Maybe just a curiosity...
I checked the memory performance of my Client/Server application today using Task Manager (MS Windows 10).
I found my Server and one of the two Clients associated with Windows Modules Installer.

Also, the Power usage is Low but Power usage trend is Very high (which is very unlikely).
I tried some Internet search but with no success.
Also, Process Explorer (from SysInternals) does not show the same association.
It rather seems to be a Task Manager flaw (?).

The Windows module installer is not related to any kind of NI product

Thank you for the answer, it was actually a fake from Task Manager. It disappeared closing and reopening TM.

I believe that Windows Module Installer service is related to Windows Update.

Yes it is. So I wondered how it could be loaded as a child process of a LabVIEW program.
