How to Calibrate the italic character in the image for ocr in labview

I want to make a vi for ocr. i got difficulty in Italic and tilted character.

I want to callibrate the image with character so that it looks like general character.

Here I attached two files. I want to know that how I convert before calibration.png file

to after calibration.png file.

Plz Give me suggestion.

Do you have the NI Vision Development Module?  If not, then you will need to purchase this software in order to do optical character recognition (OCR).
