How to Enable Web Application Server for Target Device .

Any idea how to enable the Web Application server for any Target Devices OR particulalry for Raspberry Pi ?

Please have a look on the attched Pciture and advise .

Thanks rleonard3 , I've came across before uploading this thread there is somethingwrong i think as i am unable to do so .

Probably its something restricted by the admin as i dont have admin rights . 

Probably will finds it solution soon 🙂

Yes  It is connected through WIFI .

I have same problem and I cannot find to start Web Application Server on Target Device RPi3. Did you find any solution for this problem.
