How to Protect my block diagram coding?

Hi Friends,

 
I am having a Project in that i am having one Toplevel Vi and inside that there are various sub vis . Now i want to protect the block diagram coding  in my top level vi as well as inside my sub vis also how to do it can any one know??

  • Create an executable. Needs the application builder.
  • Make a source distribution of your application and activate the Remove block diagram option
  • Protect the VIs with a password (Ctrl+I to open the VI Properties dialog box >> Category = Protection >> check Password-protected). You have to do this for every VI.

Actually i tyied ur way but it is posible for me to saw the block diagram...................

First I would highly recommand to make your testing with a copy of your application !

Yaaa Yaaa its working ..   but there are nearly 40 sub vis inside the top level vi ... how to protect from main vi it is posible

As far as I know, you have to activate the password protection for every VI, one by one.

Hi Karthikey...,

with LV8.5 you can create a source code package. There you can change the password for all vi´s in this source code package. I´m not sure, but with LV7 i think it works with the "save with options" function.
