Thank you so much for your comments. I have been trying to adjust your VI, both for loop and convolution methods. However, I still cannot make it works as I want.

I attached the VI that I am trying to make according to your suggestion. Raw data used in the real calculation is attached with this VI.

Plus, I attached an excel file that does the same calculation.
