How to acquire and save the analog voltage values from DAQmx (I don't want the graph, but channels and values in a chart)?

Thank you so much. That is what I need. But there is a problem. The voltage I get from NI PCI6251 showed in Labview is -5 V, but when I use a volt meter to measure, it is 0.3V. I don't know where is the problem. Thanks.
