Hello please help me
I am using Ni9205 as anlog input card and NI 9264 as anlog output card,
Application requirement is to apply a +ve and -ve load frequently with a frequency of 2hz
For applying the load we are using servo hydrolic cylinder.
The servo cylinder works on +10 and -10 volt signal. If we apply +1v then it goes forward and if we apply -1 then it goes backword.
And increasing the volage increase the speed of cylinder.
Now
I have applied a sine wave to the servo valve. But it does not give equal +and -ve load.
And if i set offset to the wave then it gives more error in the maximum and minimum load.
I have made close loop by finding the maximum and minimum values from the previous samples.
Please somebody give me idea to fullfill this requriment.
