How to call LabVIEW8.5 DLL in VB6.0?

1:I am running an NI example which is here

http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/3990

However, when it runs it gives this error  :

 Unable to locate the LabVIEW Run-time Engine.

 numtest requires a version6.0(or compatible) LabVIEW Run-time Engine.Please contact the vendor of number to correct this problem

Run-time error "453":

     Can't find DLL entry point AddInt in e:\NUMBER\AddInt.dll

Any ideas?
