How to change start day of week from Sunday to Monday in Time Stzamp Control?

Very simple question. As default in Time Stamp Control week started from Sunday (see screenshot). How is it possible to change it to Monday?

Dear Andrey Dmitriev,

sorry there is no possiblility to change control dialog from Sunday to Monday, in the time stamp control.
