Hi Again
if you only want the vi to disappear after use but remain in memory then

Customise  in Window Appearances in VI properties

Hey,
Thanks a lot for the wonderful solution. Its working for a vi. But still has not solved my problem. I will explain it ....

I have 2 vi's
1. Main.vi
2.Sub.vi

I am calling Sub.vi from Main.vi by using the property node. Now when I press EXIT button in the sub.vi  my  Main.vi also closes, but I want to retain my Main.vi on screen

path ------>    VI        ---------->    VI
              FP.Open                 Run VI

I hope you got my problem.

If this is what you want to do,  try what @seadog is suggesting.  However, the option "close afterwards if originally closed" only works if the subvi is *closed* when you run main.vi.

Once sub.vi has completed running, it will return and continue to run main.vi, where you should close the vi to remove from memory.
