(Please don't attach a modified VI with the same name as my previous attachment. If the VI is different, it should have a different name too. Less confusion. ;))
Here's another quick hint. The attached VI makes all 10 possible row comparisons and tells you how many bits are different between the selected pairs. Maybe you can use some of it for your task. There are many ways to do this.
