Hello!
I tried to find more information about the transducer you are using without any success:
General information about strain measurements can be found here:
Strain Gauge Configuration Types

Measuring Strain with Strain Gauges

The settings you do in DAQ Assistant must match the type of transducer you are using (strain configuration, gage resistance, gage factor and such) and you should find such information in the specifications for your transducer.

Thanks!
Very good information.
However I have a problem deciding which one of the three types o Fullbridge to use in Labview.
The sensor is of fullbridge type but doesn't specify any poisson ratio. From what I understand I should use the third type of fullbridge as I want to meassure the axial strain and not the bending strain? Or could the sensor be built as a bending strain sensor, and therefore I should use fullbridge type 1 and don't have to give any input about poisson ratio?

Hello!
I am not sure at all how the transducer you are using is built up and therefore doesn't know which kind of full bridge you should use. Sorry about that! You might be able to get more information from the company that you bought the transducer from?
