Thank you very much for reply.

I tried all the settings, but still having the same problem.Smiley Sad

could you tell me that is axis M1031 W camera is supported by Labview or not ?

Because its almost half month i have spent to connect only  camera with labview.

or is there any way in Ni-Vision to control camera directly by giving URL adress or tcp/ip setting.

Please guide me.

thank you very much for your time and help.

Hello AnkitRamani,

National Instruments supports IP cameras manufactured by Basler and Axis, but the NI-IMAQdx driver supports only IP cameras that provide MJPEG images. Axis IP cameras must have firmware version 2.0 (or later) to be supported.

Best Regards,

Cem

Hello AnkitRamani,

I'm afraid, at this time I don't think we can troubleshoot any further. I don't have the option to configure your AXIS - IP cam in MAX, because I don't have it. Could you contact the manufacturer of your camera. Maybe there is somthing you haven't configured yet.

Best regards,

Cem

When you try to configure your camera using MAX, do you have any other programs open that is connected to the camera ?

From the picture of your error it seems you have the Axis program open.

Try to close all programs that is NOT MAX, and if that helps.

Have you tried to connect to your camera in a vi with the NI-IMAQmx functions ?  Again with any other programs open.

Thank you very much for reply.

simple vi means??

I tried with Axis utility in that axis camera is called directly from local host its working fine.

and any usb camera also work fine with Ni-IMQdx.

Hi dkfire,
I think if you are unable to see the camera output properly in NI MAX, you will not be able to see the camera working in NI-IMAQdx also.
-Please correct me if i am wrong in this (this is so far my observation).
Thanks
