How to connect keithley2400 with PC use GPIB -USB-HS card

Hi, every one

I am a new learner of Labview, right now I have download a VI from the website of keithley for keithley 2400. But when I connect the keithley equipment with PC use GPIB card, use the Measurement&Automation to find the equipment, when I click the scan for instrument. It said found no instrument. I set the Primary Address as 24 and choose the GPIB address from 1 to 24, they all have the same result. Would any one teach me how to figure out this problem? I attached the VI I have downloaded from the internet.

Can you please download the drivers from our Instrument Driver Network and run one of the example programs? Also, download the drivers in the instr.lib folder which is located under C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW X.x.

Since the instrument driver has no affect at all on what MAX does or does not see, I don't see how this will change anything. No instrument driver will work unless MAX first sees an instrument connected.

I'm curious about why you would change the primary address of the GPIB controller. It should be left alone in the vast majority of cases. Can you also confirm that you are using an NI controller and not one from another vendor?
