How to control and read from real Oscilloscope?

Because my DAQ card sample rate is not high enough, I have to use oscilloscope to get the rise and fall time of a signal.

Is there any way to control the oscilloscope and display the result in LabView?

Sure, but you need to provide the make and model of scope and how you are connecting if you want any sort of details.

Does your scope have a GPIB interface or a serial interface?
