I have another problem, hope you can help me.

The waveform you given me that I can’t made an output to oscilloscope via the PCI 6221 and BNC-2120.

Could you tell me how to make that the waveform can output to oscilloscope via the PCI 6221 and BNC-2120. Please, help me again. Attached block diagram for your reference.

What do you mean that you "can't made an output" to the oscilloscope?  I assume you have them connected to the scope from the BNC, but do you have the DAQ assistance set to output on those lines?  Does the program run without error, or do you get an error message?  Please be morespecific and maybe post your actual code on this, thanks,
