How to create a non-existing ref constant?

Hi all,
In a nugget on event handling, TonP creates a "non existing Ref Constant". I've been trying to replicate the code from the image in that post but cannot create this non-existing Ref Constant for myself. Can anyone tell me how to create one please? I'm sure it's simple and I'm just being a jelly bean, but for the life of me I can't figure it out! Smiley Tongue
Many thanks, Smiley Happy

You can create ref constants:

Then right-click and select class

Jees, do I feel stupid. Thanks TonP !! Smiley Very Happy

( the reason I missed this was because I performed a function search for "ref constant", so this "class specifier constant" didn't show, Doh! )
