How to disable menu item at run time (i used rtm for menu). Some of the menu items i would like to disable them based on login info.

The Functions>>Application Control>>Menu pallette contains functions which allow you to build and programmatically control a menu. You could build your own and then control which menu items are visible by using these VIs.
