How to display a 14 bit grayscale image?

I have a need to display a 14 bit Grayscale image.  Does labview have a functions that will help me with this?

Yes, LabVIEW has VIs for that. They are included in NI-IMAQ, which is a part of NI Vision Acquisition or the Vision Development Module. A community example can be found here. Other examples come with IMAQ and can then be found in the Example Finder.
