How to enable the tool bar to see the highlight execution?

I just got a VI from the internet, but they disable the "highlight execution" (on the diagram, there is an empty space).  I would like to know how to add it.

Try the following:
- Open VI Properties ("File->VI Properties...")
- Go to the "Execution" section
- Check the "Allow debugging" checkbox
