How to find the Transfer function?

When i use the Lab view and use the signal analysis boxes available in the Lab View i can see the data in real time and also save the data for further analysis. I can plot the FFT of the data to see in the frequency domain. but when i need to fit a transfer function to that data how can i do that.
for example in MATLAB i can use the commands like 'tfestimate' and can fit a tranfer function to the data by using different orders for numerator and denominator.
Is there any such method available in Lab View to find out the tranfer function of any given object whose input and output data is available
Please help me as i tried a lot but could not find a way out

Hi msa123,
I found some previous discussion forum posts that talk about using transform functions in LabVIEW.  Perhaps they will help you some.

Also, here's a good link on Linear Systems in LabVIEW:

There is a VI in LabVIEW to perform transfer functions, but it is not contained in the base package of LabVIEW:

Hope this helps!!
