How to fix this problem

I have one problem about my .vi, when i start my .vi, Labview show error message :

Error - 1073807253 occured at visa read in test3.vi

Possible reason(s):

VISA (Hex 0xBFFF006B) A framing error occured during transfer.

Hello bkk,

Have you manage yet to read datas from you device through VISA ?
Have you tried to communicate with you device with MAX (Measurment & Automation Explorer) ? There is a tool for VISA communication.
What you could also do is to try to use the examples VI from NI (in Help >> Find examples) and get inspired of these.
