How to generate color box on block diagram?

I found the snippet below in an example, but I can't recreate the color box on the block diagram using LV 8.6.  I can generate a color box from the front panel and then change it to a constant on the block diagram, but shouldn't I be able to do insert a color box directly from one of the pallets on the block diagram?

The Color box constant is in the "Graphics & Sound -> Picture Functions" pallette.

Right click the block diagram

then click the Search button in the top right corner

then type color constant 🙂
