How to get middle line on this page?

 use this program to find middle line on this page.

And then, it  calculate angle between middle line and horizontal line(ground line)

I want to get  just like purple line on  picture 1

picture 2 is real situation in my program.

picture 3 is my used sample.

But I don't know How to use  IMAQ mid line vi.

Anyone could teach me?
