How to get ni-visa driver wizard for USB

Forget that NI VISA driver wizard! Even if it would work it means that the device is claimed by NI VISA and any other software couldn't connect to it. That can hardly be the meaning of this exercise. If all you want to do is to get a serial number for some misguided dongle solution for your software, there are cheaper ways to do that than to buy a USB Debugger interface.

Accessing that debugger from anything else than the manufacturer meant software drivers is insane. Either Silicon Labs can provide DLLs and documentation how to access this DLL from other applications or you have to look for a different hardware to do what you have still failed to explain you want to do.,
