How to get real value signal input from acquire sound toolbar

Hello sir,

I am the student of engineering and I am turning to get proper asinine from electrical alternating power supply that is 220VAC 50HZ. but the signal i get from aquire sound tool of labview is not proper.

It is distorted and not looking sine wave....

Please help me to solve this problem

Before we can troubleshoot your problem, we will need to know more about the type of hardware you are using to make the measurement and the configuration you are using. I also suggest that you take a look at the field wiring and noise considerations white paper (https://www.ni.com/en/shop/data-acquisition/measurement-fundamentals/field-wiring-and-noise-consider... in order to better understand proper wiring configurations when taking voltage measurements.
