How to interface synaptiCAD tool using Labview8.5

Frends i am working with an automation Project where i need to interface a Bitpattern generating tool called SynaptiCAD through Labview.I need to control that software through labview and need to generate those bit pattern automaticaly through SynaptiCAD tool.I am finding problem interfacing the software with Labview.Some one please help.

Have you contacted the vendor of this program to see what kind of options it might have for control by an external program? See if it has an ActiveX interface or command line options.
