How to make a user defined Button/Slider bar?

Is there any body know how to create a user-defined button? for example, I ever saw an example that uses a valve pic to instead push button, uses a track to instead of slider bar. Thank you.

Just righ-click on a desired base control (e.g. plain button or slide) and select "advanced...customize...". In the control editor, you can import images into the elements of the control.
