How to not lock up LabVIEW exe by printing?

How can I make the printing a separate thread? I thought that LV handled all of the thread making by itself?

You can't without digging quite a bit into Windows API programming - a speciality of George - and I'm sure his G-Toolbox has some functions in it to do that, and if not I guess you could always ask George if he would be willing to give you those functions in exchange for buying his G-Toolbox.
