How to open AQD format database file from Labview?

I have a database file the format is *.AQD and password protected. I have the password. How to open and read the data from the file by using Labview?

Aviation Quality Database? I don't see a third party API for it.

If it's the AQD from Teledyne, then the website says that the backend is either MS SQL Server or Oracle. Find out which you have first. With either, you would use the Database Connectivity Toolkit or one of the free toolkits such as LabSQL.
