How to open solar toolkit in LabView 8.5

Solved!
Go to solution

I am building a solar cell test system like a student project. I have access to labview 8.5 and i wan't to run the solar toolkit vi at the link below. The toolkit is written for version 8.6 and won't open. Is there any way I can get an 8.5 compatible version?

Hello,

I have saved all of these files in LabVIEW 8.5. Please let me know if everything works fine.

I am getting problems with the second set of files, it might be a problem with my LabVIEW, let me fix that and post it as well.

Hello,  Looks to have worked now. I received warnings that the DCPower vi's cannot be saved to a previous version because they are part of the DCPower toolkit. But I believe that these are all included in with the driver which you can download at the link below.  http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/fn/p/sb/navsRel/lang/en?q=dcpower

Please let me know if you run into problems.

Thank You Anna. I can now open the VI's. I don't have any hardware installed yet so I haven't tried the SMU version but the no hardware works just fine.
