How to operate another application's GUI from LV?

I'm trying to operate a SOAP client from LV. I may be able to get access to it as a library and send it functions, but I may have to just simulate pushing buttons, waiting for it to pause, selecting items, etc.

I'm also trying to operate the ZigBee Vector Signal Analyzer from NI partner SeaSolve from this same VI, and while I may be able to get it as a VI from them, and thus use it as a subVI, again, the way to get it done now would be to have GUI manipulating tools available.

Any suggestions?

Hi, I did the same sort of thing a few weeks ago, i simulated key presses to control a third party executable, of have attatched an on-line example
