A little bit more work but perhaps more flexible -- what about drawing the values into a picture and wire that into a PlotImages.Front property node?  This should allow the text spacing to adjust as needed to accommodate different array sizes, within reason.

I try function to export data in the intensity graph to excel file, all data same as the 2D array. So i think the intensity graph should able to show ON/OFF wire frame and ON/OFF text(data in each cell of intensity graph).

Anyone can solve these?

I don't really understand what you mean by " wire frame of x-scale, y-scale of the intensity graph".  Are XScale.visible and YScale.visible what you're after?   Please re-ask your question in way more detail.

Waaaaaaayyyy more detail.   Describe exactly what you want.  What is the current VI doing that you wish it weren't or vice-versa? Aren't you already turning on and of the grid using your "SHOW GRID" Boolean control?
