How to read multiple analogue signals ?

Update:

If I place the stop button in the inner while loop and connect them to the outer once it works.

I had it the other way around.

Yes I have followed a course but in my opinion it was far from complete.

Never used a PXI before, or a DAQmx for that matter only small USB DAQ's and DAQ assistant. And the examples that I find on the web are all very simple once. So they contribute very little.

The VI that was posted shows how the entire structure is build up and shows the problem of not getting out of the inside while loop.
