How to send data from cRIO controller to the computer which is operated under different local area network(LAN)?

I want to use cRIO controller to acquire data in one place, and the obtained data need to be transmitted to the computer. But the cRIO controller and computer are not located in the same place. Both of them are connected to different local area network (LAN), because they are located in different places. It is noted that they are connected to two routers, and the router will automatically allocate the IP of LAN. I know that if the two devices are under same LAN, the data can be definitely send to computer. But I'm wondering that what's the way to realize the data transmission in different LANs.

If I got your question correct, you want to connect to cRIO which is not in your local network. You can do it by opening NI MAX, right-clicking on Remote devices, and adding your device based on the Public IP address of your cRIO. If it is connected to the internet, it will appear in the remote device menu.
