How to send request ID pgn into LabVIEW

I want to send the request id pgn from LabVIEW to sensor. Which program should I use? How can I send request? I am using 8502.

This looks like data going out over a serial line, for which VISA is usually appropriate.  You provide very little useful information, however, so this is largely a "guess".
