Use any of those Modbus libraries to send a Modbus command to your device. Use the registers and scalings as provided by the manual of your device!

Here's a quick Modbus overview that even has some LabVIEW examples 

In general you need to study the manual for your device very carefully as without information like a "register map" and scaling factors you are screwed. Only the manufacturer of the device can give you this information.
