If I am right, your question is how to set up a AO channel for your DAQ board.

If you have NIdaqmx/NIdaq, you can easily setup it from the "Measurement&Sutomation" Icon on your desktop.

Also, double check you hardware setup for proper calibration.

Hi,

In LabVIEW, go to find examples >> hardware input output>> traditional DAQ>> Simultaneous Analog iO and look at the examples in this folder.

These should suit your purpose
