How to start modem from command prompt?

Hello,
I intend to start a modem connection by program control. But there is no file name for network connection, only one icon displays at the network connection of the control panel. Every time I have to click the icon or put a shortcut at startup to start the network connection.
I wonder if there is a way to start the connection in dos prompt, then I can use Labview to start it?
