How to trigger to start the digital output singals by USB-6259 device?

I am sorry to ask such a basic question.

≪question≫

I would like to know how to trigger and start the digital output signal by USB-6259 deice.

≪current situation≫

I want to control the analog and digital output on a time sequence by a labview program. 

This program is created by some columns and the column consists of an execution time step, some digital output and some analog output.
The whole program executes the columns in order and controls the digital and analog output along the suitable timing.

My question is about a VI in this program and the part of the VI is to create the DAQ array from sequence cluster array and also to create the sample clock and timing to execute the output. 

I try to control the analog and digital output signals at the same sample clock by the attached VI.

The situation is that the analog signals work suitably as the setting but the digital signals don't output. 

But there is not error after I execute this VI and whole  
I check that the sample clock from the internal source(100kHzTimebase) or external source(PFI from a function generator) works OK.
The USB-6259 device does not have below the two functions.
(1) USB-6259 doesn't produce the sample clock by the time base.
(2) USB-6259 doesn't have the independent Start trigger to digital IN and OUT.

Would you mind teaching me how to make a trigger and start the digital output signals by USB-6259?
