How to two IrDA device communicate in one computer?

Hi, I have two same IrDA transceiver which is USB interface. They communicate each other by USB interface in one computer. I had design a programe by LabVIEW 7.1. They can communicte well for a short time about half hour, then failed. I don't know why. Who can help me? I had attached the source code, please find it.
